Sept 1 & 2 is the last big festival of summer in Birch Bay – Discover Days! This fun event includes our famous annual parade (now accepting entries) and crab derby.

The event kicks off on Saturday morning with vendors opening at 10am and the Crab Derby start. The Crab Derby is open to everyone (you must have a valid crab license) and judging will take place in the afternoon.

At noon on Saturday the annual parade starts down Birch Bay Dr. Anyone can enter the parade and entries includes groups and families walking and biking along with golf carts, classic cars, and floats. If you’re interested in entering the parade complete an entry form here.

Sunday the fun continues with the Kids Olympics at the future site of the Birch Bay Community Park. There are multiple fun events for the kids and families will enjoy the vendors and music!
