🦆 Get Your Ducks for the Birch Bay Ducky Derby – August 23rd, 2025

The Birch Bay Ducky Derby is back on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 with the duck release happening around 5:30 PM! 🏁🦆

For just $5 per duck, you’ll be entered for a chance to win prizes for 1st through 10th place—and even last place! All proceeds benefit Friends of the Birch Bay Library.

👉 Ducks must be purchased in advance (available in-person and by phone only). Here’s where you can grab yours before race day:

Duck Sales Schedule:

• Daily through August 23rd | 10 AM – 4 PM @ Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Information Center (4819 Alderson Rd. #103, Birch Bay)

• Sunday, August 17th | 11 AM – 2 PM @ The Beach Cat Brewing Co. Phone Booth (7876 Birch Bay Drive)

• Monday, August 18th | 1 PM – 4 PM @ Birch Bay Waterslides (4874 Birch Bay Lynden Rd.)

• Wednesday, August 20th | 11 AM – 2 PM @ The C Shop (4825 Alderson Rd.)

• Wednesday, August 20th | 3 PM – 7 PM @ Birch Bay Bookmobile @ Birch Bay Vogt Library Express (7948 Birch Bay Drive)

• Thursday, August 21st | 1 PM – 4 PM @ Birch Bay Waterslides (4874 Birch Bay Lynden Rd.)

• Friday, August 22nd | 11 AM – 2 PM @ The C Shop (4825 Alderson Rd.)
