We will allow for a maximum of 25 vendors. Applications must be complete and accurate to be considered. Vendor payment is due at the time of application, no exceptions.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet all insurance requirements. The Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for determining or providing guidance on the insurance specifications required by Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. Failure to meet the above outlined insurance requirements will result in disqualification from participation in the event as determined by Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission.
Required Documents:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) & Additional Insured Endorsements

Certificates must reflect the below minimum insurance:
- Shall maintain bodily injury and property damage coverage including contractual liability, in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
- Shall name Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, PO BOX 42650, Olympia, WA 98504-2659 as an Additional Insured under the policy.
- Shall name Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce, 4819 Alderson Rd. #103, Blaine, WA 98230 as an Additional Insured under the policy.
- Food Vendors must provide health department certificates and permits no later than May 22nd.
- $200 Food Vendors
- $150.00 Craft Vendors
- $25.00 Non-Profit & Informational Booths – Nothing may be sold. Needs to only provide an Insurace COI.
- Late fees will be applied for late applications or applications with missing documents, not received prior to the application deadline.
