Donation Request Form

Below is our Donation Request Form. In an effort to streamline the process and be able to consider providing support to member businesses and organizations outside of our regularly budgeted programming we ask that you provide information regarding your request below. 

Please submit at least 24 hours prior to our regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings.

Board of Directors Meetings happen on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 4:00 PM at the Visitor Information Center located at 4819 Alderson Rd. #103, Birch Bay, WA 98230 (Unless otherwise noted)

Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee that your request will be honored. A staff member will follow up with the primary contact on the next business day following the Board Meeting.
