The 2013 OFF SEASON Fall Tourism Promotion
begins with your business!
It’s time to get ready for the Fall OFF SEASON promotion.
This new project is sponsored by the Mt Baker Foothills Chamber of Commerce made possible with funding from the Whatcom County Lodging Tax Fund to help promote the 542 corridor and Birch Bay in our OFF SEASONS. Many of us are busy serving visitors through the summer and winter, we would love to increase visits in the Fall and Spring seasons as well. This summer we will be inviting our guests back to see us in Fall by providing a coupon book filled with off ers and incentives that will be valid to use beginning on Labor Day and concluding on Thanksgiving. There is no fee to provide a coupon or off er for the book, you don’t even have to be a Foothills or Birch Bay Chamber member to participate. All you need is a tourism based business in either the 542 Corridor or in Birch Bay.
In order to make this Coupon Book spectacular we would love great pictures of people in your business, we want it all, everything from guests dining in your restaurant to business owners in front of their lodging or other business.
To make sure these coupon books are ready to roll by the time the fireworks start going off in July we’ll need all your offers and photos by May 15. We will then lay out the book, have it printed and get them out to businesses and other locations for visitors to pick up.
All you need is a tourism based business
in either the 542 Corridor or in Birch Bay!
We’re going to do our best to get the word out to all tourism based businesses in the 542 corridor and in Birch Bay, but we could really use your help, please pass this information along to all of your business neighbors.
